Where Do the MSC Stem Cells Come From?

The mesenchymal stem cells used in regenerative medicine are sourced from donated birth tissue collected after healthy, full-term C-section deliveries. This may include tissue associated with the umbilical cord and other perinatal sources that would otherwise be discarded after birth.

The collection process is performed only after the baby has been safely delivered and does not involve abortion or harm to the mother or child.
